  • Circle of Care: If on commencing therapy with us, you have given written permission for collaborative care, relevant information may be shared with other healthcare providers involved in your treatment.

  • Email and phone communication is not fully secure; sensitive information should only be shared in secure environments.

  • Virtual therapy sessions are conducted using PHIPA-compliant platforms; clients are encouraged to use secure internet connections and private locations.

  • Storage of Records: Client records are securely stored for 10 years after the last session (or 10 years after a minor client turns 18), after which they are securely destroyed.

  • Automated Spam Detection: Visitor comments on our website may be checked through automated spam detection services.
