Individual psychotherapy
60 minute appointments are $180
90 minute appointments range from $220 - 250
Psychotherapy & counselling services rendered by psychotherapists are exempt from GST/HST.
Group therapy
Please email to register with the waitlist, and you will be informed about upcoming group program schedules.
Fees are announced with the program schedule.
Clinical Supervision
I provide clinical supervision to counsellors and therapists who work in community, public health settings and private practice.

Workshops: Workplace Mental Health, Group dynamics, Difficult Conversations, Burnout/ Compassion Fatigue, Personal Leadership and Team building, Psychological Safety, Dance Movement Therapy
I work in consultation with organisations to provide high impact, needs based workshops to improve and enhance group dynamics and wellbeing for staff.
